These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PhotoCast application and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using PhotoCast, you agree to these Terms.
PhotoCast is a simple slideshow app that fetches images from your device or connected cloud storage providers and displays them on a TV or other screen. PhotoCast is designed to help you view your photos as a digital picture frame experience.
You must be allowed to use the Service under applicable law. If you are using PhotoCast on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
You retain ownership of your photos, videos, and other content ("Content"). To operate the Service, you grant PhotoCast permission to access, retrieve, cache, and display your Content on your device/screen as directed by you.
If you connect cloud storage accounts (such as Google Drive, OneDrive, or iCloud), your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies. Authentication and permissions are handled by the respective provider, and PhotoCast does not store your cloud provider login credentials.
You agree not to misuse the Service. For example, you will not:

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, PhotoCast disclaims all warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PhotoCast will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if it is necessary to protect the Service, users, or third parties.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the “Last Updated” date. By continuing to use the Service after changes become effective, you agree to the revised Terms.
